Spiritual discourses and Satsangs are regularly held in the ashrama campus at Sasthamangalam and Nettayam. Discourses include teachings of Sri Ramakrishna, Sri Sarada Devi, and Swami Vivekananda, exposition of slokas from The Gita, Upanishads, and other scriptural texts, guided meditation, etc. Bhajans & Arati are performed every day from 6:30 to 7:30 pm.

Apart from this, the birthdays of Sri Ramakrishna, Sri Sarada Devi, Swami Vivekananda, Guru Poornima and Vijaya Dasami are celebrated with special puja and homa. The birthdays of the direct disciples of Sri Ramakrishna and other important festivals are also celebrated.
